Disappointed on ride home showed my electronic key had low power. Gas tank half full.

Jeremy Thomas was wonderful. If we asked a question that he didn't have an answer, he immediately got the answer. He was pleasant and arranged for addressing and follow up questions.

This dealership is very clean, well run, and professional. No pressure. Jim Helmig sold us a used HRV, and when there was an issue with the battery Jim guided us through diagnosis of the problem and jump starting. Later they replaced the battery at no charge ,( as it was under warranty). All this on Labor Day. I would recommend Jim Helmig and Piazza Honda of Springfield to anyone, to everyone!

This is a great location. The staff is very mindful of customer service and going beyond what one would expect. Friendly, honest with integrity. Adam is sales and Chesley in finance, were very thorough and attentive. This is the Piazza location to give your business to even if it’s a bit further away, like it is for me, it’s worth the trip!
