This dealership has friendly staff. It has a comfy waiting lounge with snacks and coffee. It is clean. They have always been accommodating if my family has a question about crossbar, travel cases, sensor lights anything at all they want to help. The dealership was the icing on the cake once I decided on my crosstrek!

Our meeting today with Erin Smith was awesome. She is extremely knowledgeable about all things Subaru. Her skills in technology and both regarding the car and in general are terrific. She made sure that she addressed all our concerns, answered all of our questions, thought of other things that we needed to know and did it all with a kind, funny and patient demeanor. we left that session with a much better understanding of how our Forester works. Erin really helped to make us more confident Subaru customers. She also let us know that if we ever have any other questions or concerns she is available to help. This was our first Subaru purchase on March 10th, 2025 and I must say we are pleased so far with the whole experience. Our Delivery /Specialist Concierge (Tech support) Erick Taing could not have been more helpful in this process. He answered all our questions and concerns with professionalism. I found the session incredibly helpful. Product Specialist John Le , exceeded beyond what was required of him in his easy going approach . John spent an incredible amount of time with us making sure we were comfortable in the test drive and the ultimate decision of our CrossTrek. My experiencing purchasing my 2024 Impreza from Glanzmann was absolutely wonderful. Kim Barsky understood just what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect car; Warren Liebig made the financial paperwork quick and easy; and Erik Taing gave me a splendid 'tech tutorial' on all aspects of this new car. I had purchased my previous car (a terrific used Legacy) from Glanzmann, which is why I went back to them when it was time to get a new one.
