absolutely outstanding!!!
I wanted to take some time to let you know about my recent experience. My fiance and I recently leased a car at your dealership. I need to tell you that Justin Brock and Sean Lipschultz were absolutely outstanding. I bought a brand new honda in March of 2012. I will never buy one again. The service experience is night and day different. I cannot thank them enough. I never felt pressured, they answered all of our questions. Made us aware of all of the things we could get. They only negative thing I have to say is that the remote start was never put in. This is at no fault of Justin or Sean. They ordered a 2016 part instead of a 2017 part. 100% understandable. Things happen. All in all Justin and Sean are absolutely fabulous. I would definitely come back to this dealership as long as they are there!!

Very accommodating, great service
The plugged my tire before, but plug was leaking, so they replugged with no charge. Also fixed the clips on my side bumper for no charge. Eric was very accommodating. When I called him and told him I needed the car by the end of the day, he expedited it through the shop.

Great Experience ar Glanzmann Subaru
The dealership is alway courteous, pleasant , and takes the time to fully explain in detail, everything they will be doing to service the car. It is always a pleasure to work the the men and women who are employed by Glanzmann Subaru and in particular, Eric Wilson, was an absolute gem. He went beyond the usual Courtesies in accommodating me and I was very appreciative.

fantasic!!!!
I did not have an appt. for Mon.,Sept26,2016, but my engine light went on, on Sunday. The service people took me right in at 7:30 am, wrote me up and I had my problem fixed in an hour. They were very polite and helpful. TV, snacks,and the newspaper, in the waiting room made the wait very pleasant.

My Subaru had a recall on the EGI RELAY and my scheduled time of appointment was at 10:30 and I was out by 10:45. This was the fastest service I ever experienced and I was well pleased.

Efficient, timely, polite, in good hands~
I have purchased two vehicles from Glanzmann over the years and have usually been very pleased with the service. Jesse was very polite, thorough and expeditious in taking care of my service needs. I had brought my car in unexpectedly on a Wednesday night just before closing. A part was needed. He offered to keep my car overnight. Next day he called me early AM, gave me a price on parts and service. He called me when the job was completed and I picked it up that night. I would highly recommend Glanzmann for all your service needs and if Jesse takes care of you, you will no doubt be in good hands.

Recall fixes, easy
Easy in and out as I took the car in for some required recalls. Took as long as promised, Nice waiting room. Clean and friendly service. I used the wifi to get some work done while I waited. Stephanie was friendly and helpful.

Best dealership
Glanzmann Subaru always takes care of me and my car. They provide me with a loaner car every time I have a service appointment regardless of how minor it is. The service staff is pleasant to work with, and the mechanics were able to identify and fix an on-going problem I was having with my car that another dealership wasn'the able to identify after bringing it in no less than three times. I will never take my car anywhere else.
