Great Service

I am a repeat customer for many years. During a routine visit to the dealership I saw an Explorer that was just what I was looking to buy. I called Bennie, a sales representative at Kennedy Ford. He was not available at the time so I left a message asking for the details on the Explorer I had seen earlier that day. Bennie called me back with all the information I needed and arranged for me to take a test drive. I liked the SUV and negotiated the purchase that day. The process was painless and I drove the vehicle home that day. The service was great. I know from experience I can rely on prompt service from the maintenace department at kennedy. To me this is very important. The great service from the sales department and the great service from the maintenance department is what keeps me going to Kennedy Ford on the Fairway.

Satisfied Customer

2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid Salesman Scott Hibbs was professional and I could not have asked for a better sales man. The staff was very helpful in making the deal go through.

My 1st car

I was not really excepting to get a car last Saturday. I was not feeling well and I just knew my heart was set on something else. Len was awesome he allowed me to come in and tell him what I wanted and needed in a car. He took me out to the lot and it was there that I was lost in the beauty of all the wonderful 2015 and 2016 cars. But at the very end of the lot I see this black car sitting all by herself. I am the type of person that I pick the puppy that is sitting by their self of befriend the one person no one else is talking to. And this car was just that! I saw the car and knew it was going to be perfect for my very 1st car! After running some numbers I could not pass up the deal. I tried not to look to excited but I could not hold it in! I knew I was not going to leave the dealership without her! Len went to war for me and was able to find a bank to give me the loan! I was able to leave that day with my baby in hand. She is a 2009 Kia Optima and she is ALL mine!! Thanks guys for everything!

Inspection services

My car was in for inspection. It was taken care of quickly and recommendations were made on some items that needed attention. I made use of the complimentary shuttle service to get to work and back to pick up the car. All done by early afternoon. Very simple.

My first call to Joe in customer service was extremely helpful. I arranged to have our car towed to your dealership. Joe called me upon receipt of our car, kept in touch with me about the needs and costs, finished the job promptly and had a very courteous Steve pick me up in your shuttle van. Awesome Service

Chris took care of me. I was able to take the shuttle home, and they even offered to pick me up when the repairs were completed. Did what they promised. I am happy.

Fantastic!

Carol was extremely helpful in communicating the service we needed as a result of the inspection. She and Sam helped me take out my son's car seat and move it to the loaner car while the work was being done!! She also helped me transfer it back when the work was completed a few hours later! Her kindness and helpfulness was truly extraordinary!
