2015 Buick Encore
Great deal on 2015 Buick Encore I can't say enough good things about Ricky Grissinger, the salesman who sold me my new car. Ricky did an excellent job explaining everything to me from financing to the car's advanced technological features. I felt confident knowing exactly what I had bought. I've purchased many a car in the past but have never experienced such professionalism and great sales service - thanks to Ricky.

Great service Great people
Every time I bring my car into the dealership, I find they truly know the meaning of customer service. They practically wait on you hand and foot. They explain everything including information on subjects that are just not explainable. I have been the first one to purchase my auto at this dealership, and since then my brother has purchased an auto and my daughter for my granddaughter. I think this says it all. Truly a pleasure to be in their company.

2011 LaCross
Courteous service associates and completed the repairs when promised. Though originally I was told it was expected the recall repairs to require 4 hours I was told the repairs would require all day when dropping off the car. Thank you for the loaner car, as it eliminated the unexpected inconvenience of the repairs taking all day.

Service Trip
Not having the required parts available to install at Faulkner on the day I arrived, meant the inconvenience of having to return the next day, even though I was given a "loaner car" overnight. The one hour and 20 minute, traffic light after traffic light ride, and return trip in heavy traffic at rush hour was no fun. The new parts, however, when finally installed were done well in my opinion.

Long time customer....
Vehicle was in for inspection oil change and tire rotation - was told vehicle needed repairs went through each needed part/price. Was told market lights needed repLacementbfor inspection - I did not authorize marker replacement as husband can easily do this task. Upon arrival bill was approx $200 more than quoted on phone and marker lights were replaced . After competitor coupons and discussion with service advisor and mgr on duty price was reduced Pricing for services rendered was higher than competitor and labor charged (time allotted) for each task was more than indicated on various reputable internet mechanic sites. (Almost felt like I was being billed by a lawyer for overtime)
