Great Service!

I give this dealership 5 stars because my experience leasing a car here was great in every way. Our salesman Phil G. was very pleasant, honest, and very kind. The other reps that I was in contact with through email were extremely helpful as well whwn I needed a few quotes. But is who really made the experience a lot less confusing and frustrating than I thought it wouls be! We will be returning to this dealership and Phil again in the future!

Great car buying

Faulkner Toyota was the third dealership that I visited (the other two were not Toyota dealers) and I wanted to test drive the Corolla. I had previously emailed the dealership to ask about their certification, to make sure it was included in the price of the car. (One of the other 'certified cars" I looked at at one of the other dealers was deceptively listed as certified but you actually had to pay extra to have it certified!) Anyway, the person who wrote back to me from Faulkner was Stuart Saull, and he was very forthcoming with all of the costs associated with buying a car from them. So, I knew what to expect when I went in there and there were no other surprised....what he said was what the costs were. I was very appreciative of the honesty. Stuart and the Finance Director, Dawn Markee, were both very professional, personable, and made sure they explained everything I needed to know. I found the dealership overall to be a very comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely buy from them again, and recommend them to anyone.

Very positive experience

We leased our Camry on March 25th. The whole process was fast and efficient. Bruce was very patient and helpful. It's our second car from Faulkner. We would definitely recommend this dealership and Bruce to our friends.

Faulkner Toyota review

I've been working with David Rice for about three months looking for the perfect van. He was very pleasant and always very helpful. Once one came in in our price range we took a test drive and fell in love with it. Working with the manager, Brian and the salesman, David we came to an agreement and bought the van. I was very pleased with the whole buying process and would highly recommend Faulkner Toyota.

Seamless, pleasant, and gratifying!

It was a pleasure working with the gentlemen over at Toyota. Gary Gubicza, Mark Handelsman, and Tim Galen were all true professionals while going about their business. It turned out great...

I had a specific truck in mind, the salesperson was excellent, the truck had to be special ordered, it took longer than expected, a lot longer actually but he remained in touch with me and advised us on the progress. The dealership compensated us for our patience. the truck is everything I hoped it would be.
