Excellent. Service

I enjoy how everybody handles my appointment in a friendly manner. The Service Advisor Joana Burgos was very helpful she explained. everything to me.

Amazing service, great cars, great experience

Bruce made the entire experience very fun. Dealing with cars is a very stressful experience but Bruce made it awesome.

New vehicle prep

The service department is top notch. I have been a customer since 2007 and would not consider going anywhere else. This visit was to take delivery of the 3rd vehicle I purchased, all of which I still own.

Another great experience

This was actually the 4th vehicle I have purchased /Leased from Faulkner Toyota since 2007. I spend a lot of time researching the vehicles before I buy so I know I am getting a fair deal. Alan Rhode makes the entire buying process a pleasant experience. He has always kept his word and has always been there after the sale if needed. And with service after the sale being most important when buying a vehicle, Service Manager, Tom Hutton always makes sure the customer is satisfied before they drive off the lot. The entire service team truly cares about their customers and the service they provide. New Prius experience

I asked for an online quote for my vehicle and received one quickly. The quote was a very aggressive price. It moved me off from looking at used vehicles to a new one and stopped me from seriously looking at any other dealership.

Excellent buying experience that went beyond norm

Salesperson Michael Villari was excellent from the first quoting process thru the close. Your person who did the financials was very good as well. You also went out of your way to find the car we wanted which was 250 miles away and we love it. Much thanks!

Excellent service team !

I did not have a scheduled appointment but called because my battery went bad. i managed to get car started and the manager, Tom told me to bring it right in. The service team kept me informed, replaced the battery, and had me on m y way a short time later. Thank you !
