when I arrived at the dealership I was well received at the front desk which ready already met me so Marc the salesman answered us with courtesy and patience wanting to help us in the smallest details of choosing our new Toyota Highlander we had an unforgettable experience after we were all Black day Friday going through several dealerships. I wanted to buy a new car, I had a 2003 Toyota Corolla LE. My sister helped me to buy a new car. We went to Faulkner Toyota. Phil Gersh was our Sales consultant. He was wonderful to work with. He treated us with the highest respect ever. He went over everything with us about my new car. I even test drove my car that day my sister and I came to look for a new car. Phil was in the passenger seat and he did a great job of guiding me drive my car. I would highly recommend Phil to my friends and family members. I want to thank my sister also. I knew exactly what I wanted and I was in and out with my new SUX within 2 1/2 hrs. Praise the Lord... Everything was preset, almost, and I'm enjoying my new ride.

Salesmen explained a lot & answered all of my questions. I feel that I received a good deal on the 2019 Toyota Camry. Hopefully there will be more choices in the next few years. I didn't feel pressured at all. Nice place to do business!
