The sales process went very smooth. I was able to get the car I wanted at a reasonable prices. The employees made the process of buying a car tolerable.

Had an appointment and was told that it would be a hour and half. It was actually ready a few minutes early. There waiting room was very comfortable if you need to stay. Had a variety of seating areas.

My salesman, Marc Handelsman, was very experienced and patient as we worked out a deal that was comfortable for both of us. Would definitely buy from here again. this was my first and last stop for my new car.

Although my vehicle was not completed when promised, Shannon provided daily updates. I was also provided with a loaner vehicle while waiting for my vehicle, so it was not an inconvenience.

Buying this Rav 4 was the smoothest transaction I've ever had at dealership. From the pricing right down to my getting the exact color and model I wanted Mr Muffett and his team did a fantastic job!

Brought my car in to get fixed due to damage done by a deer. Dealership had my vehicle for 35 days and I had to come back multiple times for additional issues they caused due to poor workmanship. A/C broke, side mirrors stopped working, aftermarket stereo unhooked and never reattached. Very poor communication from the service center and the service manager does not help at all. Terrible experience and a staff that unfortunately does not care about anything but getting you out the door.
