I recently took delivery of my new 2026 F-150 from Chapman Ford and couldn't be happier with the experience. Brian Brooks was outstanding from start to finish. Brian was honest, fair, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer every question, made sure I received every incentive I qualified for, kept me informed throughout the process, and followed through on everything he said he would do. It's refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about doing right by the customer. This is not my first F-150, and I've worked with other salespeople over the years. Brian earned my trust, and I'll gladly work with him again in the future. My ca was taken right on time , the service writer Allyssa was friendly and knowledgeable. They took care of my problem quickly and even followed up the next day on some questions that I had about extending my warranty.
