Multiple times of needing routine checks &once with emergency appt & no loaner available. Had to call out of work due to no transportation, which as a nurse practitioner, is not acceptable. It was an ordeal, for inspection plus recall check, to arrange a loaner... turns out i didn't have my car for 6 day-- a loaner was needed but was meant to feel like an imposition to have one arranged. Have had loaners with Honda&Mazda in the past-- even for 2 or 3 hours with an inspection. Once I am done with my for&looking for a new car, will look elsewhere.

It didn't start put great but ended wonderful. Kirstey is a deal maker. Jim Stevenson is a lucky man to have her.
