Made an appointment for 2 different recalls. When I arrived I was told only 1 was available. After 3 hours I was advised that the needed part was out of stock. I wasted a trip and 3+ hours and GOT NOTHIG DONE!! I do not have time to waste like that.

Booking appt on line was easy Got to dealer, and advisor Kadeem Clarke stepped right up to make checkin process easy and efficient. Went thru my maintenance needs and reviewed maintenance history and suggested services. Was very informative and pleasant during process. He kept me informed as to status during process. Car ready.little sooner than promised. Checked out with smile.

Very disappointed! Codes suggested I needed a simple look at my emissions system. The rep gave me codes but I had ask what they meant. Charged me 85.00 and told me to go Toyota to get another computer hook up ! I?ve always serviced my car here ! Once I knew what it needed a cleaned out the emissions thing myself and put it back ! The light went off ! All fixed ! I spent 85.00 to then Google the codes and fix the issue myself

Waited a long while for oil change, that?s with appointment for 9:30 am I didn?t mind too much for the wait however when I went to the front desk to check on my status,,,,, Customer service stated that it was first come first served ,, what?s the appointment for ?? The one guy was not the nicest,, was not the one who waited on me though,, everything else was fine .
