I recently purchased a used 2010 Ford F-150 from AutoNation Ford Margate. Typically finding the right vehicle is a hard and lengthy process. I wasn't dead set on purchasing anything but originally went in to this dealership to see what they had available. From the start they were very courteous and helped me locate potential vehicles in my price range and desired payment amount. I never felt overly pressured by any of the staff or even the salesmen David Miller. My potential vehicle was not at their location but they had it brought to the dealer the following day for me to come in an see. David notified me when the vehicle arrived and we were able to make an appointment for me to see the truck, test drive it and eventually purchase it. My entire experience was very comfortable, professional and ultimately rewarding in finding the RIGHT truck for me. Having experience myself in selling (boats) I was very happy with David's genuineness in helping me find the right truck to fit my needs and budget and not just looking to sell me "a vehicle." Even as friend's questioned me on the buying and negotiation process I had nothing but positive things to say. I can truly say I really enjoyed the entire buying experience and was impressed by David's followup call the very next day. I would highly recommend you stopping in and seeing my salesmen David Miller if your ready to buy or even just thinking of buying a new or used vehicle.

I went into Automation already leasing a Honda Civic but looking to get a Ford. Jeffrey Almodovar helped to lead me through the process of trading my Honda in with AutoNation Ford of Margate and encouraged me to believe the team there would take good care of me and my trade in. I should have known and followed my instincts because even when I asked to have a night to sleep on it I was told "by tomorrow I won't be able to be offered the same deal." My mistake was trusting this Jeffrey Almodovar. I signed over the lease from Honda on August 21, 2017 and Jeffrey kept encouraging me to put $3,000 CASH down on the car and how much better I would be treated for doing this. Again, my mistake is that I listened to this man. Here I am now November 19, 2017 writing this review because I am STILL being called and emailed by Honda threatening to report me to the credit union because AutoNation Ford of Margate HAS STILL NOT paid off the lease. I have made numerous calls and visits to AutoNation Ford Margate over these past few months. In October I waddled (as I am very largely pregnant) into the show room and demanded answers as to why Honda still was not paid. I was told by a Michael Magyur that "someone dropped the ball" on their end and he would speak to the finance department and get a check out. Again, here I am in November with again ANOTHER bill from Honda, that AutoNation Ford Margate is late on a payment to them and My credit will be affected by this. Needless to say, if I could give AutoNation back my car and never deal with the incompetence of Mr. Jeffrey Almodovar, I gladly would.

My 2015Mustang Convertible is all computerized. My first car of this kind. Suddenly the Check Engine Icon came on. At 9am, I called and made an appointment for 10:30am. Rick saw me at 10am. He said it could be literally a hundred things wrong. I would have to leave the car. They drove me to a friend's apt. At 4pm, he called. They diagnosed and replaced the problem: A vapor monitor. It seems tat if you overfill the gas tank, it can adversely affect this monitor. They washed and vacuumed the car.. It was warranty work, so no charge. Excellent service.
