Service was terrible

When I brought my Mustang in for service oil change, tire rotation took three hours. They change the oil and didn?t even rotate the tires and lie to me and they said they were going to wash the car and they never did that as well.

Margate Ford over delivered with their service and timeframe expectation My transmission is back to shifting properly and it only took 5 days for the entire process when I was originally told it could take 2 to 3 weeks depending on the availability of parts

The diagnoses was done quickly but a part was needed that

The diagnoses was done quickly but a part was needed that would arrive the next day. So I had other service work done while it was there. I was kept up to date by the service advisor and i was able to pick up the vehicle sooner than expected.

Absolutely TERRIBLE.

Absolutely TERRIBLE. They claimed my car to be in an accident despite direct evidence proving it's not. They attempted to even report it to car fax. I took my car there for a dealer factory recall. They FAILED to solve the problem AND refused to readdress their recall correctly. Now I'm seeing a different dealer than can actually handle a FACTORY PROBLEM.

I've been taking my vehicle there since 2020 for all my maintenance care, I was just there on 8/14/23 for manufacture recall, I was seen in a timely manner, and I am pleased, So I try not to let the stuff which can be resolved, burden me too much. Techs are friendly, and overall it's a friendly environment
