Great service and staff!
My service advisor is always friendly, informative and takes the time to walk me through any concerns I may have. Appointments proceed on time, car is returned in a clean manner and if there is any delay or concerns there is constant communication. This service department operates how one would expect a service department to run which is very refreshing in today's environment. Highly recommend and if you're looking for a service tech at a Ford facility go here and ask for Shomari.

My F-150 was diagnosed with a bad catalytic conver in October, 2022 and the part has been on backorder since then. As soon as it came in I was contacted an it was installed the following week.
