Overall, my experience was a pleasant one. I came into the service station, and asked for Andres. Someone paged him for me and he arrived quickly to get my car service. Andres already knew what I was there for and helped me without any hesitation.

It was a very good experience . I will continue to get my car serviced at Pacifico Ford. Every one was super nice and professional. Great!!!!

Paul was really friendly and made the expericence easy and quick. My tire had 2 nails in the rear right tire. I had the tire protection on my lease and it was taken care of free of charge.

we were able to get the vehicle that we wanted for a comfortable price! We were able to get the vehicle off of the showroom floor,which was very exciting! Mr. Holmes did a great job with us and my family and I have been going to Mr. Holmes for years!

Clay was fantastic! He was informative and very helpful. He even went as far as driving us to the bank when I was unable to put my full down payment on my credit card. Everyone we dealt with was great!

I've had my car serviced only at Pacifico since buying it back in 2007. The wait can be long at times, but the overall service is great. The remodeled service center is nice. I didn't get my usual advisor (Bob Rauh), but Paul was cool as well.

went on a Saturday 30 minutes before closing, Chris took the time with me like it was 9AM. Not once did he or anyone in the dealership look like they thought that jeeez, really we are closing shortly, instead they were lets go take a test drive, which I did then I realized the time, I said that I would come back on Monday because I felt that they were there all day and wanted to go home. Chris and Neil didn't even flinch, they said that they would stay but it was my decision. We left, and when I did get home I realized that I left my wallet in either the vehicle that I test drove or on Chris' desk. I received a phone call on Monday 9AM that my wallet was there waiting for me, the cleaning crew found it, Honesty is a quality that cant be measured, came back Monday afternoon and purchased our vehicle I will recommend Chris Watson and Pacifico Ford to any one that is interested in purchasing a vehicle, cant go wrong here !!

These people treat their cars well! They use factory-trained technicians, and OEM parts. The sales people are extremely accommodating, even if you have no money as a down payment or a bad credit score!

Very pleasant staff, timely service. Pacifico Ford always gives me excellent service. They stand by appointment times and keep waiting to a minimum! Love this place.
