Pacifico Ford

I recently brought my Ford Explorer into the service dept. I was quite apprehensive before my visit because I did not buy an extended warranty. Andre explained my options up front and explained that he would get back to me as soon as his team found the problem. It did take some time but he kept me updated and calm while still remaining professional. As someone coming from customer service, I can recognize & appreciate that. I would definitely recommend asking for him & would bring my car back here if necessary.
