I was very impressed with Pacifico Ford. They were truly helpful in meeting my requests when it came to how much money I could put down and how much money I could spend per month. They took the time to work with me and never made me feel as though I was a waste of time. I would definitely recommend Pacifico to anyone since they are a company that truly values customer service.

I would definately recommend the Pacifico dealership and...

I would definately recommend the Pacifico dealership and would refer customers to Bernard Jones. He was very professional and polite. My experience was very positive and I would definately consider buying another car from Bernard. Their was one slight problem I had with the service department. It was the fact that I was charged $90.00 for them to look at my car when I had a problem with it and it hadn't been 30 days since I brought the car. Thank GOD I brought the extended warranty and it covered the cost for them to fix it. Overall I look forward to doing business with Pacifico again.

The person who sold me my car was Earl Hill. He was very...

The person who sold me my car was Earl Hill. He was very personable and friendly. Mr. Hill was very helpful. He personally ensured that I left the dealership with the car that was best for me and my budget. This is the third car that I have brought from Pacifico Ford and from Earl Hill. Every time I am there it is a pleasant experience. I would recommend this dealership and Mr. Earl Hill to anyone. If you are looking for a friendly, helpful and resourceful environment to buy a car in, then buy a car from Earl Hill is what I would recommend.

I was reffered to Ziggy by a good friend of mine. I just finished school and I live in a rural area of Maryland. Ziggy explained everything to me about the car and was very warm and friendly. This is my first car and this experience was great. I love my 2012 Ford Fusion. I also appreciated the curtosy call to see how I like my car. I would reccommend people to Pacifico to buy there next car.

We had a very positive experience at Pacifico Ford. Everyone was friendly and eager to help us right away. We ended up purchasing a car that I love and I would definitely reccomend to anyone looking for a car to come look at Pacifico Ford first!
