I got the impression these folks truly care about their customers. I was especially pleased with the attention shown me by Earl Hill. He really knows how to make you feel like part of the Pacifico family.

I would definately recommend the Pacifico dealership and would refer customers to Bernard Jones. He was very professional and polite. My experience was very positive and I would definately consider buying another car from Bernard. Their was one slight problem I had with the service department. It was the fact that I was charged $90.00 for them to look at my car when I had a problem with it and it hadn't been 30 days since I brought the car. Thank GOD I brought the extended warranty and it covered the cost for them to fix it. Overall I look forward to doing business with Pacifico again.

The person who sold me my car was Earl Hill. He was very personable and friendly. Mr. Hill was very helpful. He personally ensured that I left the dealership with the car that was best for me and my budget. This is the third car that I have brought from Pacifico Ford and from Earl Hill.
