2 days ago I got my first certified and preowned Honda hrv. Sophan is very well recognized in the Philadelphia community amongst Cambodian-Americans and it helps so much that he has a bilingual tongue, communication was very fluent with my mom. Big plus. He is engaging, helpful, knowledgeable, most of all respected our time exploring the options with said budget. He spent all day with us to help find the best deals and, I felt very confident in the decisions in financing my first new car with him. He is a top recommendation, as others (and family) has sent many folks his way, and will continue to for future needs. Great guy, great service and extremely knowledgeable. Everyone was so kind and sweet! Sophan and Adam did everything to make sure that I was able to get into a car. They are magical!

My car was inspected two weeks before visiting this service center, and inspected at this center. Nothing was noted or mentioned about my splash guard at either inspection. Immediately following my car being serviced/inspected at this service center, the splash guard needed replaced because it wasn’t secured correctly when serviced here. I can’t recommend this place less

They tell me my injectors are bad they had the car for 3 weeks because injectors are on back order so I’m stuck without a car because they won’t give me a loaner & I’m missing days at work smh Injectors finally come in after 3 weeks then they tell me I need a motor & I have to wait for Honda to approve the repairs & they take about a week to approve it smh then the head gaskets is on back order so that’s another waiting game & still no loaner🤦🏽‍♂️ first telling me I need a battery, I paid $280 for to have the car less than an hour for it to break down again & week for them to figure out what it is then say it’s injectors & now it’s a motor & they’ve been screening my calls telling me they will call me back & never do smh Honda corporate is no better they been avoiding me too I’m done with Honda after this I’m gone mess around & lose my job & have a repo on my credit because of this I specifically brought my Honda from a Honda dealership for a piece of mind Certified preowned still under factory warranty just to get treated like this smh

They are miss leading about the vehicles they have for sale,fast talking untrustworthy dealers.
