My purchase experience was by far the best ever. Bob Gillespie was fantastic; I connected with Bob several times and in all interactions he was very professional with great information and insights on the ,brand. Along with Nick, the they made it happen. And, thanks to Dave who connected me with with FordPass and all the technology goodies in the car. Thanks Matthews Ford team for a great experience!

We worked with salesman Brian Valdiserri! We can't say enough about his down to earth, not pushy, yet highly professional demeanor. It has been a true pleasure buying from Paoli Ford. We have dealt with many many dealers in our day, and this experience has been by far the best experience we've ever had!

Have nothing but great things to say about this place. They were patient and willing to work with me and my situation (poor credit score) and at the end of the day, I ended up walking away with the car that I wanted! And it was all thanks to Bob Gillespie, Nick James, and Bunrin Keo. I absolutely recommend this dealership, especially to those who are or were in a similar situation like myself (low credit score). What these guys were able to do for me is completely life changing!

Awful experience! Do not buy from this dealership. My husband and I bought a used car from them the week before Thanksgiving. I am driving the car for the first time now and it's the first week of January! Shortly after we purchased the car, our mechanic took a look at it and found $2k of work that needed to be done immediately. It did not pass inspection and wasn't safe to drive. Paoli Ford had only listed about $1k of work that needed to be done within the year. We contacted Paoli Ford to try and resolve the issue and had aimless back and forth for a month before they took the car back to look at what they missed on their repair order. They told us they could only fix one thing (the rotting exhaust). When our mechanic checked their work, he found that they had patched the exhaust, not replaced it entirely. We purchased the car "as is" but "as is" was not made clear to us. For us, Paoli Ford was not trustworthy, they did not make an effort to resolve the issue promptly, and they cut corners when they did eventually help us. 7 weeks and some $$$ later, I am driving my new car. Thank God because my old car was literally falling apart and would not have lasted the winter! It was a horrible experience, but we hope we can help others avoid it. If you want someplace that cares about you, do not go to Paoli Ford.

Thank you is not a word strong enough to tell you about my experience with Wendy and the team at Paoli Ford! The experience was more of like being with family then purchasing a car and they did everything they could to help me and get me what I need and I will always come back to them and for anyone who wants a pain free amazing experience this is the place to be !!

I would like to start out and say thank you to Dave Kaeck. He went beyond what would be expected from a salesmen. We brought are daughter the first day to the dealership when we were just looking. After talking to Dave and having him get a appraisal on are trade in. We realized we were closer then we thought on getting a new car. Dave actually helped entertain are daughter while we each took turns test driving the 2019 Ford Explorer. No one wants to install a car seat for a test drive. We told Dave we needed to think things over. Dave was respectful in giving us are space and time. The next day we called and informed Dave we would be back to look at the explorer again. To my surprise Dave had actually been able to get us a lower price without even us asking!!! Tell me how often that happens at a dealership. After all the papers were signed Dave actually went with us to the car went over all the options and took his time. He made sure we were comfortable with all the options and how to use them. He even setup are Bluetooth and synced are phones!!! I can not tell you how impressed I am with Dave and Paoli Ford top notch!!!!

Bob and his associates were great to work with and really help us find what we were looking for. Would recommend to any one looking to by new or used.

We had an excellent experience! Wendy was really great to work with and understood our needs very well. She and Nick came up with a deal which we couldnt turn down. We never felt pressured or rushed throughout and we feel like we got the best deal, not to mention it was christmas eve and they stayed past their regular hours to help us out. We will definitely be coming back in the future. Thanks Paoli Ford! A great christmas gift for me!
