excellent service, beyond what is expected
I would like to complement both Heidi and Dave for the quick outreach to me about my situation. I have to say, having the car picked up and the inspection done was fantastic but having a fresh car wash on top of that was unexpectedly wonderful. The two gentleman who came to get my vehicle were fantastic and put me at ease. They should be commended for they made me feel comfortable that they were taking my vehicle and they returned it to me so quickly. It was obvious that they enjoy their jobs and love being the face of Sloane Toyota to "pick up" customers.

It was surprisingly fast to drop car off and receive loaner car. Picking my car up was equally quick. I may have totaled 5 minutes between both trips.
