I was there to fix my emergency brake sensor.
I was there to fix my emergency brake sensor. They charged me $1,090 and told me that would fix my problem. When I picked up my car, it still had the same problem. I took it back and they told me that they couldn't fix it because I had to take it to a body shop. Even then, they didn't refund my money and I was left without a car for 5 days. Note: You can't go around telling people you'll fix their problem and making them pay a lot of money, then using the excuse that it's just another type of work they need. Some people make big sacrifices to fix their cars.

As soon as our team discovered that the root cause of your concern involved underlying body damage, we explained that this repair would require a body shop. Unfortunately, that was only evident after we replaced and programmed the sensor. The impact not only caused hidden body damage but also left the sensor itself faulty, which is why replacement was necessary. While the body damage prevented the new sensor from fully resolving the issue, we have already offered to reprogram it for you at no additional cost once those body repairs are completed.
