Muy rapido , tienen un buen servicio... y sin muy amables...y lo mejor no pague

Had a good experience with Dei Toyota , our salesman,Adrian, was very helpful and informative. The tech guys were very helpful to us and with all the tech in our new Rav 4, we will be frequent visitors.

We just bought a car from Del Toyota....and we can't wait to recommend them to all of our friends! From the time we met our no-pressure salesperson, Ken, through leaving this dealership with our new (to us) car, we had nothing but super polite, friendly, very knowledgeable people who seemed to truly enjoy their jobs. Our car was used and the title was tied up in Delaware. We were told honestly that it could take 3-4 weeks to get the title as their was a lien on it, but that they would try to expedite things. Imagine our utter surprise when Ken called to say the title was in --- in just 4 days! That was step one. When we went to pay for the car we were cautious about meeting with Kevin who helped us sign the paperwork....we'd had some bad experiences previously with people trying to pressure us into doing things we didn't want to. Kevin presented options but was ABSOLUTELY no pressure! The next person who helped us was Antonio, the Tech Guy. He helped set up our car with our iphones and explained all the features, making sure we didn't have any questions before we left. The final star for us on this incredible team was another Kevin who helped me the next day. I admitted upfront to all the people with whom we had contact that I considered myself a pretty unknowledgeable Senior --- they were ALL so gracious and didn't make me feel stupid or incompetent, even Kevin 2 - who came to my rescue when I drove the car back the day after we bought it to ask a question. Kevin 2 was not a Tech Guru but because there was no one else available, Kevin 2 took the time to come with me to the car to figure out and explain what I needed to solve my problem. To top it all off, we were shocked when they gave us a certificate and told us we had FREE inspections from them on this car and all other cars in our 'household' for as long as we owned the car we just bought!!! I can't say enough about how much we LOVE Del Toyota. They have definitely earned our repeat business and, I hope, the business of our friends. 10 STARS TO ALL OF THESE GUYS and to this business!!!!!

Customer service was excellent. And specifically, working with Antonio was extremely wonderful. He was very generous with my time and making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. One of the best and smoothest car purchasing/leasing experiences I have ever had and I have had over 5 different vehicles leased/purchased. Would highly recommend as everyone at the dealership was great to work with and our family have been very happy with our new car.

Dominic who took care of my car was kind and patience. He answered all of my questions and I was satisfied with all his answers. He also brought me to choose the car that I would like to rent while my car was getting fixed.

Everyone was courteous. Martin was very good to work with as was the person who showed me the technicals of my new SUV.

Bought a set of Michelin Tires from Del , on of the tires blown out and still under warranty tire was replaced to my satisfaction
