Very pleasant. No pressure.
I had a 9AM appointment for my first service/oil change. Antwon was most courteous and seemed eager to please, which he did quite well. I was out of there in less than an hour.

Oil change was finished before promised time and my car got washed. It is a far drive for me but everyone is very nice! Brandon is very friendly!

I was able to schedule my appointment for service for a day and time that was convenient for me. Mr. Germany was courteous and professional and went out of his way to notify me when the car was done. The car was ready when promised and I was on my way. I have been very pleased with the care I have received from Arrowhead Honda.

Costco buying process
Steve was very friendly. He was thorough in his explanations of all the many new features our Pilot had. We had a lot of questions because of the high tech features. We did not feel pressured at any time. Since we keep our cars for a long time going to a dealership can be stressful but we did not feal stressed at anytime during the purchase of our car.
