Time to buy a used vehicle for the wife. Found what we wanted to look at on their website. Price was good and it was certified pre-owned. Went to dealership and meet Bill Kopta. Test drove a 2016 Honda CRV EX-L loaded with navigation, 16000 miles. Wife liked it but wanted to try another type of SUV 1st. The offered us a deal and we told them we would think about it and were going to test drive a BMW SUV. Couldn't work with BMW (had two prior's BMW's)They even offered lower on our BMW 328i trade in and over a $1000 more for a 2015 standard SUV with more miles. Back we go to Arrowhead the next day. Meet with Biill again and made offer which they accepted. Paper work with Walter Mundt, finance Mgr. was GREAT. He explained everything in detail. Since we had Honda's before we knew we would be keeping this one and got the extended 8 yr/120,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. Got home and noticed two small dents and 5 small scratches on the rear door and bumper. Called Walter and guess what NO PROBLEM. Vehicle went in, got loaner and in two days damage repaired FREE. What more Customer Service could I ask for?

At the moment David approached my wife and I when we parked in front of the Dealership we established an immediate rapport. At that time we had no intention of trading our 2013 Odyssey but were curious about the new 2018 models. David, with his customer-focused personality and in depth knowledge of his product, quickly had us considering a trade. Throughout the process we were comfortable and under no pressure to "close a deal." Outside of David and his Sales Manager, Richard Bethers taking advantage of a poor old broken down retired Navy Commander it was a most enjoyable process. The only issue I had with Jeff Sokol, the Business Manager was the miniature Pittsburgh Steeler helmet he had on display, As a former Cincinnatian, it's hard to stomach the Steelers.,

Arrowhead Honda has by far the best customer service when it comes to shopping and purchasing a vehicle hassle free. Brian Alexander, AH Salesperson, is amazing, caring, a great listener and knows how to treat customers in a way that makes them feel valued and important. I have purchased 3 vehicles from AH and will most certainly return. Every time I return for a new purchase, Brian shares pieces of information/conversations we've had upon shopping for previous vehicles years prior. His attention to detail is paramount and it speaks to the love of his profession and people skills. I was in and out and my experience gets better and better. Fast service!
