My Service Advisor Tom Urbina is easy to work with. He does whatever it takes to make us feel safer in using our vehicle by thorough car maintenance inspection and fixes.

The hitch install seems to have gone fine. I thought this would include an electronic brake controller, and it has not. I have not checked why with the dealer yet. I couldn't get the screen to accept an excellent rating for Kevin Proo.

Tom was very friendly and eased my concerns as to why the radio wasn’t always working on a 2 wk old new car. The radio so far seems to be fixed, thank you. And the service dept did a good job of putting on my door guards and door panel molding.

Sam and Anthony were very helpful, answering all my questions, yet not being overly pushy. I did not feel rushed or pressured at all, which I usually hate about car dealers. It was actually pretty quick and easy and painless!

Two unrelated issues came up with our 2005 Accord. This is a vehicle we only use occasionally but it needs to be reliable. The services performed got the car in good working order at a reasonable cost. The shuttle service was also very convenient and the drivers were friendly and professional.
