Don’t feel like explanations made a lot of sense.

Don’t feel like explanations made a lot of sense. Was recommended to replace ac condenser but ac is still ice cold. Concern was not with temp. Asked service advisor to send a picture under black light and it was refused saying I would have to pay $400 for an ac service for them to do this. Doesn’t make sense as there would still be residual fluid if there was a leak and ac wouldn’t be cold? If you are trying to sell someone a $1k service I believe a simple request for a pic under black light should be granted as I would have had service done and paid same day if this was granted… service advisor was very nice however I don’t feel like needs were met as this was a simple request.

The advertisement on Car.

The advertisement on Car.com was not truthful. This car had front end bumper damage that was not disclosed in the advertisement. There was never an apology for not being truthful about the advertisement when I confronted them. The salesman from the finance department was dishonest and rude. Will not go back to that dealership. From being lured down based on advertising that was not honest to experiencing an employee that was not honest, not the place to do business.
