Came in for two new tires on a Hybrid and was advised i only needed one. No true on a hybrid and my tires light will not go off. Tire had to be ordered and can't get another. He had to reprint my paperwork twice and tried to sell me a service I already received and argued with me about it. Tried to prove I didn't get it and he proved himself wrong. Worst service ever!!!! Come on Honda!!

I was told I needed a new cabin filter when I was having my oil changed but since then, 3 people have told me that’s just another way for the dealership to make more money and not to have it done. It cost me $70.00 and I only had 11,500 miles on my car.
