Best purchase and eady
Great experience! Traded in our Honda accord sport, we wanted a small sum, looked at the enventory and found a 2022 C RV with all the same great features our sport had. Agreed on price and color. Now sitting in my garage. This was no pressure or haggling purchase and made purchasing really easy and painless. I will be back...

Bait and Switch
Bait and switch. Earnhardt put a tire on with the incorrect side facing out. I noticed it after a tire rotation, so probably 7k on the tire. Service Manager, Karyn, said she would put a new tire on, because I was concerned about the wear pattern once it was flipped. Drove 30 minutes to the dealership just for them to renege on the promise of a new tire. I’ll be using a different Honda dealer in the future.

Cody, It's important that we are providing quality and accurate service and we understand your frustration that this mistake was made. As I mentioned when we spoke, mistakes like this must not happen, but despite this error, your tires were not damaged. As a sign of goodwill, we did provide you with a free oil change and tire rotation, plus filled up your gas tank for having to return to our service center. Interesting Conundrum
The service department was great. Karen and Mark worked the problem until there was only one code pointing the way. However, still a tad torqued that I purchased a Honda for it's reliability. I am the sole owner of the 2018 CRV with only 20,300 miles. My, what I thought was a little problem, was a bigger $2,400.00 problem which Honda very rarely sees, unbelievably rare..replaced the electronic brake boosters. I personally don't consider this problem shows my vehicle to be HIGHLY reliable. Again, the people I worked with are GREAT! But electronic problems? That will be the bane of our existence in the future!

Good deals, great customer service!
I came to the dealership and was immediately welcomed by Kelly Parker. He made sure to ask what we needed and wanted and went above and beyond to make sure we got both. We were there for hours but Kelly made sure to prove excellent customer service and provide us with many different options that would benefit us. After looking for what we wanted and needed his patience and dedication to provide us with an amazing car was beyond words. We walked out with a new Honda Accord at peace thanks to Kelly. So thank you for your service it was a pleasure doing business!

Best Dealership
Recently purchased my new Honda from this dealership. What a great experience overall and would definitely recommend this dealership!! I worked with salesman named Aman. he was able to find me the exact car I was looking for within a day (Even with the car shortage). We were able to negotiate a price over the phone without having to come in. Once we agreed on a price, Marcinello finished up the paperwork, which 90% of it was online. I was able to complete all the paperwork from home without having to do it there. Once I arrived, Marcinello showed me behind the scenes of the service department prepping my car. Really cool experience! While they were prepping the car, Marcinello reviewed the Honda book with me and went over all the features on the vehicle. If you are in market for a new vehicle, i definitely recommend working with Aman and Marcinello! Overall, I could not ask for a better experience! There really is "no bull" like their saying.

It was a good visit.
Lamont was great in helping me with the CRV. He explained what needed to be done and how long it will take. I informed him of the crack on the windshield and He brought me to the Glass shop and windshield was taken care of.
