For the Service Dept only. Poor customer service, unable to diagnose or repair my vehicle. I sent my car to another dealership who then fixed my car in 48hrs. Auto Nation said 2 to 3 weeks without even diagnosing the problem. Poor, poor, poor customer relations. Go to Earnhardt instead.

Rich Azanger my sales Associate took fantastic care of us! We purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Traverse Premier Red Line. We needed a seven-passenger vehicle and didn’t want to step up to a full-size truck like a Suburban, so Rich had us look at this type of SUV instead. We found it to be perfect for our needs and he helped us quickly ordered the exactly want we wanted. I must say whole AutoNation team even including the Dealership GM Randy Jacobs took the time to ensure our purchase experience was outstanding!

Traded in my truck and contacted dealer finance person Nick Bifano for refunds on prepaid maintenance and GAP. Left 20 messages for Nick or a finance manager to call me with status - no phone call in over a month Sent letter to dealership with Paid loan letter and mileage certificate 3/29 and requested confirmation of receipt - not a call or letter Very frustrated with no response - any body there care about service????
