Emilio was a huge help.

Emilio was a huge help. I was dreading buying a car and have been looking for over 4 months but the market is so bad and I couldn’t find anything that was even reasonable. I had basically accepted that I was going to get screwed on a car just because of how ridiculous inflation is right now. My girlfriend called and spoke with Emilio, he was super helpful so we went and checked out a few cars. I am so happy with my Buick Verano, I got a way better deal than I ever expected at this point in time. Thanks Emilio!!

I scheduled a 10am oil change.

I scheduled a 10am oil change. I arrived at 9:37am and advised I’d be waiting as I expressed when I made my appointment. My car wasn’t taken into the shop until 11:40 and service wasn’t completed until after 1:00pm. I won’t be returning.

The dealership was very clean and the employees were very nice. I went to get an oil change done. The oil change wasn't that long but the wait for the oil change was very long. All in all, had a good experience but next time I'll drop off my vehicle.

Had a great experience at Auto Nation Chevrolet.

Had a great experience at Auto Nation Chevrolet. Minimal time spent there with salesman and Financial Manger. I would definitely go back to that dealership again. They were very helpful, courteous and receptive.

Horrible dealership, I purchased the vehicle online and this nightmare has taken over a month. Humberto the sales person and Nick the finance manager dropped the ball multiple times. Not recommend for online purchases.
