I purchased my 2017 NIssan Rogue here in 2020. My most recent service appointment was on May 31, 2023. My service advisor Boyd was very personable and professional. He kept me updated on the service being done which was very prompt and I was out in under an hour!

Sara has been my service advisor and has been the key component in boosting that confidence more with each visit. She is exceptional at communicating with me throughout the process, helping me manage what needs to be done to maintain my vehicle without selling unnecessary services, and never fails to return my vehicle cleaner than when I brought it in.

Excellent service
Carlos took great care of me when I came in. My EV was completely dead and AAA jumped me and followed me in. Instead of just putting in a new battery, Carlos made sure all my systems were functioning and advised I may be eligible for a rebate on the factory battery. He checked in to let me know the status of my car and showed me how to check my main battery pack status. I highly recommend the service department and will use them anytime I need service.

Way way way too expensive.
Way way way too expensive. Told me things that “needed” to be fixed that later said well it will be needed someday. Something like that. Then charged $169. For their troubles. As much as I love Nissans I will not buy another Nissan. I was actually thinking of trading my truck in for another new car

Poor service experience
The greeter started out the appointment telling me I did not have an appointment scheduled. He failed to verify my name, so he was wrong. They charged me more than the quote and they did not check everything that I asked for. The service advisor didn?t seem to know much about repairs. Overall bad experience, I would drive further to go somewhere else.
