I have gone to this facility for repairs many times and
I have gone to this facility for repairs many times and have been very disappointed. This time Carlos made a difference. He was exceptional. Very conscientious. Most of your representatives in service area don’t communicate at all and it has been very frustrating. Carlos updated me daily about my vehicle. He went over and above! He should get an award for customer service. Your other service representative s are jokes

The sales guy was good, but his manager was very smarmy.
The sales guy was good, but his manager was very smarmy. They undervalued my trade in by a lot, with some BS about CarFax making a mistake. I was able to prove it was a mistake, but his attitude was he's relying on the CarFax regardless and it's my job to fix the CarFax error. He also said blue book value means nothing. Then he tried "oh and the tires..." but they were brand new tires! Just sleazy move after sleazy move. I ended up buying anyway because I didn't have time to go to another place. I do not recommend this place at all.

When I tried to call that number, any of the "options" brought me back to the recorded "options." For the operator press 0 or stay on the line brings you back to the beginning of Thank you for calling Nissan Tempe. Unbelievable. Finally, I was told that the General Manager was out of town until Tuesday. They connected me with the Smarmy fellow referenced in my first post, whose name is Rudy. He reiterated the same sleazy things I mentioned in my original post. Do not buy a car from these sleazebags! All you get is a song and dance.

Part to clear engine check light issue not available for
Part to clear engine check light issue not available for 2 months. Therefore not able to clear Emissions to renew my license. Terrible situation caused by Auto Nation Nissan Tempe. This part should be available somewhere in their vast Network of Service Centers.
