Worst service ever
I?ve never had the worst service in my life went to go get a simple oil change that should?ve taken no more than an hour. Ended up sitting there for 2 1/2 hours before I found someone myself and them telling me that my car had been done an hour and a half ago this is absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for sheer laziness and inconsiderate. I will not be returning back for a service.

Oil change was great!
The oil change was fast and Ivan Santos went over everything that was checked on my vehicle. The customer service was great and friendly. Plus they washed and vacuumed my vehicle! Thank you:)

I have never been so angry and frustrated waited for 2 1/2 hours for a oil change that should only take an hour at most, finally I had to go find someone at the service department and ask if my car was done. They told me my car was done an hour and a half ago and it had just been sitting there. Are you kidding me this a joke! So inconsiderate and lazy will not be returning for another service

Service call
The service was quick. The price was fair. I had booked an oil change and afterwards was mailed a free three point inspection that they honored. I was also emailed a 15% discount. They honored that, too. They even washed and vacuumed out the car.

Faulty part replacement
An expensive faulty part needed to be replaced. They provided me a rental. The replacement was done within 2 weeks after dropping the vehicle. No cost to me, under warranty. Thank you to Sara my service associate!
