Excellent service! Courteous service advisor, Ivan, took care of my appointment and answered all my questions. I’m on my 2nd Nissan car and will always own one!

Personnel friendly but difficult to get requested person

Personnel friendly but difficult to get requested person by phone. Listened to same. String of available choices x 6 without finding a live person to talk to. Sometimes phone rang x 10 without anyone answering then silence then busy ringing. Phone needs work.

Recall

I received a notice that my car had a recall. I took it in to Autonation Nissan in Tempe and they took care of it immediately and also rotated my tires for free. It was quick and easy.

Amazing Customer Service

Just got my new Nissan Leaf. The whole experience was super smooth and easy. This was already our second vehicle from this dealership and when ever we?ll be ready for another, we?ll be back.

Typically able to get a service appointment relatively

Typically able to get a service appointment relatively quickly. The staff are friendly. Like many businesses, some staff are new or inexperienced and can tend to make you feel less confident in the servicing of your vehicle. I did return my car for further servicing (collision lights illuminated). My service rep, Danny, was very thorough and assured me codes related to the warning lights had been updated or were current and responding normally. Additionally, Danny arranged for a loaner car for me so that they could have my car as long as necessary to complete the diagnostics needed. Overall, my experIence was good.
