Dureen is an outstanding salesperson.

Dureen is an outstanding salesperson. She made our car purchase easy and enjoyable. Very informative and professional. We were extremely impressed with her knowledge and wisdom. I recommended her to my kids and they were so happy with their car purchase experience as well. Dureen is an amazing representative for Coulter.

Hi there !

Hi there ! I was doing my black wing shopping and ran across this beautiful CT4V at your dealership and Cody and Michael got on the phone with me and I was able to come in and make the best deal work out for me. Jon Bierd was great.

Jon Bierd was great. Very friendly and very responsive. Answered all my questions and concerns and followed up with me on a regular basis. I would highly recommend him if you are looking at purchasing a new vehicle. Coulter Phoenix off of 12th and camelback was great!

The dealership is very clean and well kept. It was my first time buying a new car from a dealership so I had a lot of questions. Kyle S. was patient and knowledgeable with all the vehicles I was interested in looking at and found the perfect car for me. Kyle Stevens, Ryan Teed and Jeff Bonner made the whole process of buying a car easy and actually enjoyable. If you’re looking for a car I would definitely recommend stopping by Coulter.

Linda was great.

Linda was great. She took me on my first test drive on an EV. She knew all about the vehicle and was very helpful. She was out of town the day I came back because I decided to drive an AWD dual engine EV. Francisco helped in her place and was also very helpful. The only disappointment was the lack of knowledge of charging. I was told I could use the Rivian chargers at the local mall. After calling Rivian because they didn't work. I was told GM EVs can not yet charge at the Rivian Adventure Network stations. Also the 2 years free is only at the EVgo stations. Which there are not many around me. The dealership or GM should educate them more on the charging aspects of the vehicles.

Bradley has been super helpful, even after our deal was

Bradley has been super helpful, even after our deal was signed. I got an EV, which I’m completely new to, and he’s been happy to keep in contact with me both about their charging special (offered by 3rd party) and to answer misc questions about the car. The dealership itself is good, they were open to negotiating and very respectful. The financing has been a little rocky (some numbers not balancing, took them a couple of days) but it’s been taken care of now and everything’s in order. They’re also still dealing w some of the effects of the CDK hack, so pretty reasonable to have small issues here and there. Overall great experience.

Billy D.

Billy D. was absolutely fantastic in helping us purchase our Escalade. He helped us research each model. Painstakingly described each feature for us. While we were on the phone with him, he went out to the lot and took videos for us of the models he had available. He worked up the numbers on each one with multiple lengths of financing for the loan to ensure we were well-informed of the options. Despite all this work, we did not feel at all pressured to buy. He allowed us weeks to contemplate, but when we finally decided to purchase, we were out of town. Billy graciously offered to drive the Escalade to Palm Springs, CA for us and drive the trade-in back to Phoenix, AZ. I cannot say enough good things about Billy or how much trust and confidence he created. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him if you want to purchase a vehicle from someone who is patient, informed, responsible and forthright. Billy is also a car aficionado with decades of experience, so he is not just your typical salesperson that is focused on making a commission. I feel comfortable buying all my future cars through him because if he doesn't have what I'm looking for, he'll try his best to find it and give me a fair deal.
