Fantastic first service visit after purchasing my...

Fantastic first service visit after purchasing my Cadillac XTS. This was a simple warranty replacement of a parking lamp. However, Ed Stralko made me feel like it was a personal visit and ensured that I was well taken care of. I am impressed with Coulter Cadillac as my initial purchase and now service experience are matched. Very pleasant with personalized care. It is the epidemy of traditional customer service. A telephone inquiry regarding an advertised ATS led to...

A telephone inquiry regarding an advertised ATS led to meeting Bill Jurczak, Coulter Cadillac salesman. Mr. Jurczak showed all 2013's in stock then a 2014 ATS, which met all my requirements. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and forthright in explaining our transaction, including the trade in. I would definitely recommend Mr. Jurczak and Coulter Cadillac.

Our 2009 Cadillac DTS was due for service and we made an...

Our 2009 Cadillac DTS was due for service and we made an appointment with Brad Majercin to have the service work done and also ask him to have Scott Bergstrom check out the brakes as there was a noise coming from the front brake area. I also asked Brad to recommend a salesman as we might be willing to check out a new SRX. Brad contacted Allen Hall and Allen was extremely helpful in showing us the new products available to us and also explaining the vehicles. We than stopped by Jon Thorne's office as Scott had road tested the DTS and Scott and Jon explained all about the braking concerns which was a mild noise and assured that it was not an issue. We continued to chat with Allen as he was taking us around showing us all the vehicles available and explaining each one as we saw the vehicles. After we saw the inventory, Allen offered a loaner as the DTS was not to be completed for a few hours. The loaner helped us to make a final decision and Allen did a great job of answering all of our questions and handled us very professional thru the complete process of purchasing, and all paperwork involved as well as a complete process of explaining all the functions of the SRX. All of these people involved handled us very professional and we are very pleased with our experience at Coulter Cadillac. We would like to thank all of these people involved.

Both Roger and Deborah have been very helpful over the years and have gone above and beyond being an "order taker" . Each one has taken the extra steps to see that the reasonable request of this customer have been met. These are the kind and QUALITYof people that work there and brings me back as a customer ( since 1978). Very responsive and informative when I called on the...

Very responsive and informative when I called on the phone and had everything ready when I came to the dealership. Was looking at a specific certified used CTS but still wanted to look at a couple of alternatives. Bill took us up on the roof and showed us several additional cars. This help make the decision to purchase the original car we looked at from the beginning. Ran the paperwork as quickly as possible and we left with our car in less than a couple of hours. This is my second CTS from Coulter and both have been excellent experiences. Love the car, thanks!

I don't think I've ever felt as well taken care...

I don't think I've ever felt as well taken care of as I was with Allan and his team at Coulter. He was ready for us when we arrived, had asked all the questions and had done his research on what might be interested in. He listened to what was important to us and presented the cars that met those needs. He didn't push at all but let us make up our own minds. After the sale he was incredible (as has been Debbile Niles and Paul Glans). He spent several hours with me getting me acqainted with the vehicle and made sure I was comfortable with all of the bells and whistles. He even introduced me to Brad Majercin, the Service Manager so that I would feel comfortable when I brought the car in for servicing. I really felt like it wasn't just a sale but he was building a relationship with me and Coulter. I would definitely recommend Allan and the team and Coulter to anyone interested in buying a vehicle.

After a discussion with Paul Glans regarding a less than excellent service experience I had encountered, my understanding is that occasional mistakes occur. Paul Glans and Steve Henley were most gracious in responding to my concerns and I feel quite at home at Coulter Cadillac. I am certain that I will continue to have my Cadillac serviced at Coulter and purchase my next vehicle from these professionals.

I recently purchased a used cadillac from Coulter...

I recently purchased a used cadillac from Coulter Caddilac. My sale associate was Bill Jurczak and Bill was very well versed in the car I was looking at. He was very friendly and attentive while working with me and a second customer at the same time. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family. My rating of five is based on my previous buying experiences at other dealerships over the past 34 years. Coulter Cadillac provided me with great service and have followed up to ensure I'm happy with the car I purchased and the service I received.
