This is our third new car purchase from Auto Nation. Telly is a great sales person, there is never any awkward pressure sales like other dealerships and we really appreciate that. The healthy work place culture is evident throughout the dealership. They always go above and beyond and found me the features and color scheme that I wanted.

AutoNation had the best out the door price compared to 3 other Honda dealerships on the same vehicle. All other dealershps were pricing the exact vehicle at $1500 to $2000 more. My salesman, Dan Kobylinski, was easy to talk to, answered all questions, quite personable and gave up his day off to finish the deal. Thanks, Dan! If there was any bad side, I received an email from the dealerships scheduling a service visit, which I did not request. I hope this won.t be a continuing problem.

We own a 2017 Honda Pilot. Each time we take the vehicle in for service, we are told that our vehicle is in remarkably good condition. Top to bottom, our vehicle has been maintained with longevity in mind. We bought the vehicle in 2017 with 1500 miles on the odometer and she now has just over 90,000 miles. With the help of Autonation Honda we have been able to keep this machine running in tip top shape and we will continue to do so. This vehicle even has the original battery which my service tech finds to be AMAZING, especially in this Arizona heat! We love our Honda Pilot and we love Autonation Honda in Chandler! Thank you to everyone there!

Our Honda maintenance contact person on May 18th was David Nagel. David was our service representative the last time we had our Honda serviced. It was such a positive experience working with David the last time that we specifically asked for him again. David has a friendly and professional demeanor and is very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions thoroughly and patiently. We felt confident with the information he provided. We plan to request David each time we go to Honda for maintenance. David is the best!!!

Worked with service advisor Alberto Alegria to have A1 service performed on my Honda Ridgeline. After the service technician inspected the vehicle, they identified other items that should be performed and Alberto reached out to review them with me. One of the items involved parts having to be shipped in from California, so they needed to keep my truck overnight. Alberto offered a courtesy vehicle. I worked with Landry who was very kind and had everything ready when I arrived to pick up the courtesy vehicle. She offered to review and answer any questions I had with the courtesy vehicle since it was a new 2026 CR-V hybrid. My truck was ready the next day as Alberto promised. Since Alberto was out, I worked with service advisor Kyle at checkout. He reviewed the work that was done, walked me through the invoice and asked if I had any questions. The thing I like about this dealership is that you can pay for the invoice right in the advisor’s office, no need to walk to a different location where a cashier is located. Very smooth check out process. A very satisfying service experience all the way around.
