We were greeted professionally and warmly by Victor when we arrived at the dealership. We expressed interest in learning about a 2024 Honda CRV model. Victor showed us to a few CrV models parked nearby. He explained the features of the vehicles including how a Hybrid model operates. We discussed the trim levels and some of the colors that were currently on hand. We decided that we were not interested in a hybrid presently. Victor was patient with our questions and understood that we were planning on checking out a RAV4 model at a competitor without pressure to make an immediate decision. We returned to your dealership the following day and made the purchase of a new CRV from Victor. I can see why he is one on Your best . #2 I believe! .

Overall they keep to estimated time, polite, explains work to be performed and what was done. Really like the text notice when car is ready. Something new from the last time I was there. What remains a problem is the car seat usually is moved up too far when returned. Not unique to this dealership. I’ll continue coming back to this dealership.

This is my third Honda vehicle purchase thru this dealership and each has been rather painless. Bruce Kral has helped me with two Ridgelines and recently a 2024 Pilot. He is easy to deal with, works for your business and just a good guy.
