Came in for a recall today. I was told by Joe Krizek that it would be a few hours. I explained that it had no idea that it would take this long and shared my health condition with him. Well about 40 minutes later he notified me that the t was complete. Wow Joe! Thanks for being so empathetic in such a difficult time. I appreciate your customer service and expedient service.
