This was by far the worst dealership I have ever had the

This was by far the worst dealership I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with in my 50+ years. You made my wife and I feel like we were nothing more than dollar signs. We needed help in a difficult situation and as soon as we decided not to purchase a vehicle, you wanted nothing to do with us and refused to help us further. We're now fighting a bill from Honda Financial that could have easily been avoided if you had extended any resemblance of customer service. Any empathy for a tough situation as one human to another. BUT...there wasn't any MONEY in it for you, so thanks for being a barrier instead of an aid. This is why car buying makes some people want to throw up or ask for a root canal instead of buying cars from dealerships like yours.
