Quick and pleasant

Our oil change, tire rotation and multi-point inspection was done in less than an hour. The service personnel were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The waiting room was well stocked with coffee, water, donuts and fruit.

Larry Miller Dodge Peoria truck service

Thank you so much for your help. I brought my truck in for an oil change, and dealer recalls. There was a problem with my backup camera and they fixed that as well. They got me a lift to get home while they did the repairs to the truck.

Excellent service

Great service experience. Appointment setting was easy. I had 2 cars serviced the same day and was kept informed throughout the entire process thru phone calls and text. Would definitely recommend the service department and John the Service Advisor. Even the Porters were courteous and friendly.

Peoria Larry Miller oil change on my challenger

Allen in the service department was a great help. I didn't have a great experience in the sells department so was nervous about going back for service. Allen went above and beyond to make the experience great. Thank you Allen will be back for my next service.

Courteous, Helpful, Real

Is the three words I would use to describe my experience at LHM Dodge and Ram. I had the pleasure to work with Josh in the purchase of my next vehicle. He was patient and helpful along the long and tedious process of buying a vehicle. Even after I raised some questions about certain things and decided to trade in my older vehicle mid way through the process. He still remained very nice about it all and help me get my trade in going. Throughout the whole time he was always real with me and I felt like I was not being tricked as I have felt at other dealerships. He went step by step and did not mind going along at my pace. After coming to an agreed price, I also dealt with Derlis who I also had a great experience with when the time for signing all the financing agreements came. He also went at my pace and did not rush me despite it already being past 8pm. Thank you guys for your help, time, and experience.
