Efficient and Customer Centric
It’s been awhile since I’ve been in a dealership. I usually buy my cars from a dealer and keep the cars for several years. I ordered a door panel for my car and when it came in I had you install it. There was some sticker shock when I got the bill as I don’t remember being told what the part would cost. Your plant looks very nice and efficient. Your employees were polite and courteous and efficient. All in all I was very impressed.

Car Buying from Larry Miller Dealership
I love my truck. Not sure I got the USAA buying price I was promised but that is on me for not demanding it. I assumed you were honoring it and found out later I should have paid less. Frustrated a bit with that. That having been said my salesman was remarkable. He delivered the vehicle on time. I only spent 45 minutes at the dealership and that is simply remarkable. The Finance Guy was awesome too. He did a great job and I appreciated how quickly he worked through the details. I would/will buy another vehicle from Larry Miller, I love the truck. Patrick Smith

Mike Ross
I kept getting a warning light on my dash board that there was a problem with a tire(s) I took the car to LM Toyota and spoke to Mike Ross. Mike wanted to have all the tires checked and we agreed to have my Prepaid Maintenance Service done at the same time. I did not have a appointment, so I was extremely pleased that Mike handled my problem so quickly. Mike also recommended the Total Care Auto Service Contract, which we decided to buy. Mike is very good at his job.

Exceptional experience with LHM and Quin Rosenstein
My wife and I recently purchased a new Toyota Rav4 from LHM Toyota - Peoria. Our experience from beginning to end was excellent. Our sales rep, Quin Rosenstein, was professional and critical to arriving a price and package that we could all agree on. He went out of his way to get to know us and make sure we felt comfortable working with the his team. The other staff we encountered in sales and finance were very friendly and pleasant to work with. I can see why LHM has a reputation of excellence. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a Toyota!
