Excellent experience

Rick Emerson took great care as usual. I was in and out in an hour and he covered everything. He has been my service advisor for years and has been outstanding. I would recommend Rick and Larry Miller Toyota to everyone.

2nd Time Buyer

I purchased a 2006 Scion tC at Larry Miller Toyota and went back expecting the same great service. Keith and Brittany were great and extremely helpful! Unfortunately I can't say the same for the people at the financing department. Not only were they dishonest in trying to have us finance the vehicle at a high interest rate for 84 months but they are also rude and deceitful. I'm glad we left that place and drove right over to Avondale Toyota. We purchased a brand new vehicle from Robert Michel at Avondale Toyota for 0% interest rate for 5 years. That is an $8,500 savings from the deal that Financing at Larry Miller Toyota was having us to sign! I'm so glad there are still honest people like Robert Michel at Avondale Toyota! He was truly a blessing and would highly recommend you go talk to the nice folks at Avondale Toyota. Keith and Brittany should seriously consider working at Avondale Toyota instead. They are great people and would fit in nicely at Avondale Toyota!

Internet search resulted in great personalized care!

We searched Honda and Toyota dealers on the Internet in our search for a new car. Rob Bradshaw knew he didn't have a 2015 for us but welcomed us for an "Information Only Visit". Since Larry H. Miller Toyota was close, and we'd had good experiences with their Hyundai and Dodge (Chrysler) dealerships, we decided to start our more detailed investigation there. We never felt pressured during our Q&A period and test drives, but we knew after those, we wanted to buy a car from them. Rob was patient and well-versed on the Priuses and using the Internet in getting us the exact car that we wanted. We needed to look no further than Larry H. Miller Toyota for our new 2015 Prius C Four as we found all the people that we dealt with there to be great!

new car experience

we just bought our new Tacoma at larry Miller. We first checked out some cars online and ended up at Larry Millers website. After browsing through their inventory we ended up lookng at the Tacoma. Filled out an online inquiry form. Within the hour we were contacted by Rob Bradshaw. From there on it was an easygoing experience. We bought several cars before, but Rob Bradshaw made the whole car buying experience a breeze. Easy going and no pressure. All around I would recommend to work with Rob.

2010 Prius - Going Strong

This 2010 Prius is one of the best vehicles I have owned. I was impressed by the legroom in a friends Prius. That made me consider it. With gas around $3.00/gallon, I love getting 45-50 mpg.
