Repair okay important
I always bring my car in for service and then go to the movie theater nearby while the work is being done to pass the time and enjoy some entertainment. I learned something very valuable on this service. I NEED TO WAIT until they check it over for possible work that needs done and give that approval so they can go ahead and accomplish that while I go on to my movie. My car service agent couldn't get through to me via phone (my fault) and so they had to wait to fix it until I arrived back via their wonderful shuttle service. I felt badly that they had to hold up for me.........and then I in turn had to wait while it was attended to and fixed. I learned a valuable lesson........and it might be a good idea to let customers know that if they are leaving the car repair area that might happen to them..............I know now. Everyone was super about the whole situation though........ Thank you!

GRRREAT service
Amanda was pleasant, courteous, and professional. The car's first service took less than a half hour. Customer feedback. Your coffee is great. Your pastries/donuts, not so great. Overall: your dealership is really nice!
