I’ve been a loyal LHM Peoria customer for a long time.

I’ve been a loyal LHM Peoria customer for a long time. I’ve bought my last three vehicles there and use them almost exclusively for service. But this last two years, the customer service has declined greatly. Two and half to three hours for a simple oil change is ridiculous, especially when they know you’re waiting there for your vehicle. I understand that they service 100s of vehicles a day, but I’m not sure what the point is of making an appt for a 30 min service when it’s gonna take three hours. As a single mom, I don’t have the luxury of endless amounts of time and sitting at the dealership for extended amounts of time with my toddler no real reason is less than satisfying. Every time I leave there, I feel as though I’m inconveniencing them when I continually make the CHOICE to use their service department.

My daughter talked to the salesman and was lead to

My daughter talked to the salesman and was lead to believe that the price was $25000after a $4000 down payment. The loan paperwork showed the loan to be $31700! So apparently the cost of the car was almost $36000! We co-signed for the car with excellent credit rating, and interest was still said to be 14%. This is absurd. Of course then we get an alert to get the fabric protection done. Was this an additional charge?

I have yet to receive a response on this. The return number for the G M does not take messages. No wonder here!

I still have not received what I asked for from Miller’s. So I still don’t know how the agreed price of $25,000 ended up $36,000 when I got the loan papers. I requested the a copy of the papers to show me what was different. The GM gives a phone number that doesn’t take messages and never gets answered, apparently.
