Sam is the most knowledgeable auto salespersons I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Not only does he have a very good understanding of the products he sells but also how to make the customer feel comfortable during and after the sales process...He took the time after the sale to help I and the wife understand how the many features and functions of the car were setup and enabled...I have purchased cars from Liberty Buick for almost 30 years and always had the cars serviced by the service department. In those 30 years I have never had a complaint or problem with this dealership, a rarity in today's business world.

I have purchased many new vehicles over the years, all top of the line SUV’s and this was the best experience by far. First time I ever spoke with a GM ( Justin) and he set the tone of the whole process. I can’t over rate his involvement, thank you Justin. My salesman Dave was great to finish, Dave took the time to answer everything and even helped us set up our phones. He didn’t want us to leave until he answered every question and we didn’t feel like he was pushing us out the door after the sale was complete. This is the first time I have taken the time to really fill out a review, the experience was that good. Thank you all.
