I walked in and had a good idea of what I wanted. I was recently in a bad auto accident. I ended up with a Buick Encore GX 2025 pre-owned certified. Sam pulled up 1 car it was the color I was wanting and I instantly fell in love with it. I was also greeted by a gentleman as I arrived at the dealership prior to opening on July 3rd. I forgot his name but he was also amazing! My finance manager was also amazing. Thank you to the team and especially SAM for putting together a good deal!

James Cooper was outstanding in his representation of the Buick Encore GX Avenir AWD. I have purchased a good many vehicles in my 72 years, cars, trucks, RV's, boats, flat trailers, horse and livestock trailers and I refuse to deal with anyone who lies to me OR tries to sell me old snake oil. If my husband would hear anything, he felt wasn't true, out the door, we went!! James was a fantastic sales rep and just a great guy. Very friendly and outgoing. Service Team was at the Door, First Thing in the morning. Professional Check-In, plus the Coffee was ready. Appropriate Communication on Work to be done with amount of time planned. Work was completed per Schedule. Car was washed and was clean inside.

They helped make sure i had everything i needed they were understanding about the situation i was in and was willing to make compromises along the way.

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle and had an outstanding experience at this location. I hadn’t purchased from a dealership since 1989. Liberty Buick saved the day! I was traveling through Arizona to Texas for a family event, and my check engine light came on in the desert. I called Liberty mid-afternoon and explained the situation, and Edwin told me that he would not turn me away for same day service and to come on in. 23 minutes, I'm in the service center and my car is attended to promptly. The team fixed the issue quickly and I was out of the dealership within 90 minutes to continue my trip. I appreciate the team saying yes, being sympathetic to my situation, and being kind.
