AutoNation personnel and buying experience!

Everyone we dealt with we're professional and extremely nice. We were happy with the service from the beginning which was starting with the internet service to the end in the financing department. Excellent experience!

Love this Company

They all are wonderful here. They took in my trade paid it off and got me into brand new 2012 Ford Focus. I love my car and they even got me lowered monthly payments. Staff was friendly and explained everything and got me the best warranty and coverage that I could afford and worked best for me. Thank you all for the great speedy service and for giving me the best price around!!!! But most of all thank for all the wonderful attitudes it is always warming when you can walk into a business and feel right at home but most of all you feel welcomed!!! Keep up the great work

Great buying experience

We normally dread buying a vehicle despising the entire sales process. Auto Nation is by far the best vehicle buying experience we've ever had. I will be recommending Auto Nation and our salesman to friends, famy and my customers at work! I highly suggest using the Costco membership program honored there.

WOW, nice for a change

If you are looking for a hassle free car buying experience then you found the write place. I bought a new 2014 f250 from Steve Cvach and he was great to work with he made it easy.

C-Max Purchase

This was an on-line purchase that began at 9:00 AM and the car was in my garage by 6:00 PM. Barrett Germundson understood exactly what my wishes were and made it happen in a very expeditious transaction. In a phrase, "no hassle".

great place

First time I purchase a car and did not know what to expect. They treated me with respect and they accommodated to my needs.Tom Cox the sales person was patient and understanding and the dealership was friendly. Everyone greeted me and felt appreciated!

Call back please

Went to test drive a used FX35, nice car but saw another vehicle I liked. They could not find the keys and insisted they would call me later that night. Never got a call, no follow up from manager, oh well. I see a week later car still around

Great, friendly and helpful customer service!

A throughly enjoyable truck buying experience! From my sales person, Michael Bleichert (internet sales) and the finance department, I couldn't ask for more! No high pressure sales, and a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I recommend this dealership completely and will look to them for my next vehicle (if I ever decide to part with my F150)!

Outstanding Purchase Experience/ great dealership.

I saw a CPO 2012 Explorer with low mileage/well equipped at an excellent price on cars.com & went to Auto Nation Ford in Scottsdale. We met with Mike Fattaleh in sales. He showed us the SUV which had just been listed and was in the body shop to replace the rear spoiler which had a minor crack that was discovered during the 172 point inspection. We looked at the car & it was otherwise "cherry". They held the car for us as we were very interested in it. Since we had a rental car & it would take some time for the part to arrive, be painted & installed, inspection/service completed & detailed they gave us a 2014 comparably equipped Explorer to use without even requiring a down payment. They insisted that we drive the 2012 after all work was completed to make sure that it was to our liking before plunking any money down. We took the car for a drive and it was perfect as the vehicle had been thoroughly serviced and brought up to Ford Specs. I was a Quality Director for a manufacturing co. & I could not find anything wrong. We have the car for about a week and could not be happier with the Explorer, the great sales experience & the way we were treated by the dealership and everyone we dealt with.
