I felt rushed with decisions, also my visa card was taken
I felt rushed with decisions, also my visa card was taken way too early. I asked if they were thru with it, they said no. There was no reason to take it and hold my money hostage. I would give tit to them at the appropriate time. I want a letter of written apology, and explain why you needed my card for four hour. Anyone there would not not do that. That is probably illegal, and they know it.

Description of complaint: On June 27, 2025, I purchased a used 2013 Corvette from Midway Chevrolet. I paid by Cashiers Check. I was told I would receive my title in a couple of weeks, tops. I am now 7 weeks later, and still have not received my title. When I call, I am told that they have no idea when I might receive it, as they had "some problem" with the title from the previous owner. Meanwhile, I am relegated to driving around with 7-8 week old in transit tags from another state! This is truly frustrating, and unprofessional. Why would they take my $40+thousand dollars if they had no clear title to the vehicle??? I want answers and my title, or give me my money back! Desired settlement: Finish the job

We had a great experience!
We had a great experience! From the time we entered the dealership we were greeted with smiles. We were blessed to have Shelby assist us. She greeted us with a smile and made sure we were comfortable. She asked us what we were looking for, what we were interested in, what our range was. We had a bad experience with another dealership but Shelby turned that experience around for us with her great customer service skills. She kept us updated during the whole process and worked with our price range, what we qualified for. It was a long day for everyone but Shelby made the process seem effortless. We got to talk and find out things that we all could relate to. She made us laugh, smile and made us feel comfortable. This was the same experience with finance, they took the time to go over our paper work and not rush through it. They actually sat down with us and was very transparent about things something that’s rare to find at dealerships. Our overall experience at Midway Chevrolet was great! I would recommend this place of business to my friends and family! Thank you Shelby, thank you finance, thank you to the entire Midway family for your professionalism your smiles and your great customer service. This is something that we couldn’t stop talking about when we left the dealership that day. We came home with our new vehicle and we shared our experience with our family and they were amazed by what we told them and hopefully our story can bring more referrals to Midway and continue with the experience that we had.
