Daniel Castillo Service Advisor at Midway Chevrolet provided excellent customer service. Upon leaving work I found one of the tires on my Equinox was very low. I work near Midway Chevrolet so I slowly drove to the dealership. I did not have an appointment and it was well past 4:30 p.m. Daniel show me a large screw that was in the tire and explained that it could not be repaired. Daniel had the tire replaced and I was back on the road within an hour. Thank you Daniel and Midway Chevrolet for providing excellent customer service.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE
Everyone I have dealt with at Midway Chevrolet has been exceptional. Sales went smoothly and they were great to work with. They worked diligently to find just the configuration I wanted. Bought a pickup and had running boards installed. Totally convenient and every person I came in contact with in Service was extremely friendly and helpful. Would totally recommend Midway to anyone.

Great Service Advisor
Hugh is just the best. He is always helpful, we get the repairs or service we need and we're done. My vehicle is almost 7 years old and we really want to keep it. With Hugh's help I don't see why it won't last another 7 years.

2017 Chevy Trax
This is my second time purchasing a car from Midway & just like the first time my experience was great! Sarah was my salesperson again and she definitely satisfied us! She's awesome.
