Never had prior issues, but last visit was advised 1 to 1.30 hr wait, no problem until customers after me were serviced before me, even with my appt. After 2hrs my car still waiting with no cars in the stalls and no one waiting, I was the last customer. A little better in service needed.

Fred or sales person was amazing and made the process seamless and enjoyable! I felt he was looking out for our best interest and getting us the best deal without being pushing like so many which kept me from buying a car elsewhere! I love my jeep and enjoyed the experience!

Excellent experience. Most of the negotiations and logistics were handled via text. Shawn and Spencer were a very responsive tag team and really appeared to be working on my behalf which is such a refreshing change from most dealer experiences I’ve had the past. I can’t say enough positive things about the experience from first contact through the 1st two weeks of delivery.
